Domino Web Access 7 configuration - version coexistence map

I'm reposting this with an updated date for my session attendees at Admin2005 Europe.
I delivered a conference session on new features in Domino Web Access 7 (previously known as iNotes). One of the things I knew going into the session was that many versions of DWA could coexist on the same server, since the architecture is template- based.
However with each version, IBM added new features and support for new configuration options in notes.ini and/or the server configuration document. The problem with that is that without digging through documentation, it isn't apparent what configuration settings apply to what versions, and whether they have to be in notes.ini or the configuration document.
To clear this up, I color-coded one of my servers' config docs and created a PDF of it here. Use this as a guide to coexistence when you are upgrading Domino from R5, 6, 6.5 and 7 on the same server. Remember that even with ND7, you need to leave the ND6 notes.ini parameters (light pink here) until those users are upgraded to ND7.
